So this weekend is shaping up to be another great weekend with sunny and in the 60s pretty much describing Friday to Monday. I propose a mountain bike ride Sunday. I also propose that you come along and together we "slay" some trails then "thrash" somewhere with some good beer and food. I will also be "stomping" the trails Saturday AM for at least a bit.

(I believe "thrash", "slay" and "stomp" are all words the cool kids use nowadays.)

Any rate, I have extra roof rack space, and for a limited time only, an extra mountain bike that'd fit someone in the 5'7" to 5'9" range. It goes squish over the bumps.

I will give you a dollar if you bring your mom to this. Another dollar if she actually rides.

she's got some health issues that make cycling an iffy prospect, and wouldn't think watching me do things that scare her a fun Mothers Day. Better than the time my dad accidentally gave me a black eye on a certain second Sunday in May.

Matthew- I would like to go to this if there is still space in your car and a bike to borrow. My bike is FR/DH oriented and doesn't climb well....

Since there has been no word, I will not be setting an alarm and will probably wake up around noonish to go read my book at the park.
