Refund Policy

New for the 2010 event season: Up to 30 days before an event, a registered rider is eligible for a 75% refund of his registration fees. If the registration was online, the 6% online fee is non-refundable. Example: An FHR registration costs $10. The refund is $7.50. ($10 x .75 = $7.50)

Important: the non-refundable deposit for multi-day .83 tours, including Ben Country, will be excluded from any refund given, and cannot be transferred to another rider. Example: If a rider pays a deposit ($20) and registration fee balance (approx. $10), the refund will be $7.50. ($30 - $20 = $10; $10 x .75 = $7.50) Note: A rider may choose to pay only a deposit ($20) to hold a spot until May 1, 2010. If a cancellation is made before May 1, the rider then loses only the deposit.

The refund will be credited to the original credit card or a check will issued. Please submit refund requests by email to derrickito@gmail.com. Registrations are NOT transferable.

No refunds will be given for any reason, medical or otherwise, 29 days or fewer before the event.
