I'd bet on them being a Soma prototype, American Cyclery has some significant ownership overlap with Merry Sales (the distributor for which Soma is a house brand along with IRD)

huh. so basically a variation on the Titec J or H bar (originally by Jeff Jones).

I like the forward sweep of the bar before the grip portion, keeps a person from needing a super-long stem.

the grip areas on the Jones bars are at 45 degrees, these look quite a bit more extreme

would guess around 60 degrees, halfway in between albatrosses and joneses
