does anyone know of a place on capitol hill i can make use of tools such as BB-remover, headset tools, and cone wrenches?

i have some bike projects i need to get moving on and i am unable to find enough time to use the shop at wayward cafe. well, mostly incompatible schedule. i just would love to find a place closer to my new home.
