I've never flown with a bike before, but I'm hoping that I can make it work out for an upcoming trip. I'm thinking about buying something, but figured I should ask around for a loner first.

Does anyone here have a bike box or bag they could lend me for June 23rd - July 4th? I'm happy to pay you in beer / hugs / cashmoney.

Yeah I have one. It is made from coroplast, but is not home-made, and has straps and some foam and stuff.

But I've never used it myself, I picked it up of craigslist just in case and to use for transporting paintings when we recently moved.

Mine is similar to this one, but in white plastic.

I have lots of extra foam and sheet coroplast from various other projects so I'm sure fitting your bike and reinforcing the crate if needed will be no problem.

Let me know if you need actual dimensions or just want to come over and see in person first.

Free to use as long as you need it.

PS I'm in West Seattle.
