I am toying with the idea of getting one of my bikes powder coated.
Anyone use Bombus Bikes powder coating service before? They are slightly cheaper then Seattle Powder Coat.

I've had two frame/forks and fork powder coated by Thomas Bombus and all came out really nice. He treats the insides with frame saver and faces all the faces.
Tl;DR yes, bombus does good powder coating

I haven't seen any of their recent stuff but looked over some bombus frames 2-3 years ago at a bicycle fair and was really underwhelmed by their powdercoat jobs. They may have refined & improved the process in recent years with practice.
