2010 Jake the Snake : $426-$439 (Excellent Cond.) -- A little low
2008 Surly 1x1 Frameset: $99-102 (Excellent Cond.) -- A little low
No info on my other bikes. From what I can tell, these prices look to be about right for person-to-person sale in a cheap market. Would not sell based on these prices in Seattle, but could be good haggling leverage for a buyer.

I'm not really impressed by BBB tried to sell my 2015 Kona Honky Tonk on CL for 900$ OBO (I know a little high) but all I got back from a buyer was a link from BBB (excellent condition) 556$-581$
...whatever
My take away is make sure YOU feel comfortable with what you're paying
