Anyone had to waranty out a Boombotix, mine died last week and I've been waiting 5 days for a response. How long do I have to wait before getting irate on social media for attention?
Anyone else had dealings with them?

Yeah- I got a near immediate response, with a full replacement. Did you go through their help request on their website?

Yep, through the website, my issue I think is that the serial on the sticker behind the clip has rubbed off. But I have my order # and receipt from the original 6 months ago.

The only way this would actually be cool is if everyone brought one on a ride and we played all 4 versions of the Flaming Lips' "Zaireeka" as they are intended.

The last time I tried that was during my first mushroom trip. During the bees part we all freaked out and had to turn it off. I still think fondly of the freakout cuddle puddle that took place on the floor until we all recovered enough to get vertical again.
I know, cool story bro.

Zaireeka track 5 has much insights for this thread:
"The Train Runs Over the Camel But Is Derailed by the Gnat"
As if to be some kind of test
Born out of the boredom of who's better than the rest
This time they wouldn't measure the pointless small details
The only thing that mattered was if the "you" prevailed
Maybe it's just some coincidence that natural selection always works the best
What if they didn't count the molecules that failed
And the only thing that mattered were the pieces that prevailed

RIP Megaphone. This thursday is the two (three?) year anniversary of our most tragic loss. Ill never forget the haunting sounds of midi fur elise sinking deeper under the waters of lake union.

I'll never forget the day it chose to leave my hands and move on to Donavan. And the way it immediately and noticeably changed him into the kind of guy that heckles little kids and bros that throw discs. It had too much power to safely exist in this world.
RIP The One Phone

As a Boombotix user that doesn't blare their music during point 83 rides but instead uses it at low volume setting for long stretches of lonely solo commuting I am sharing this information with the hope that you will wield your audio power wisely.

I also discovered that if you use the coupon code "Flyout" it takes 67% off the already reduced price.
Picked up a normally $100 "Pro" version for $10 + $10 shipping
