Well, I lost the tightening screw on my Philipps Saferide (aka the Light of God) mount. And, my 2nd light's mount is somewhere in a box due to the move. Might be easier to get one, assuming they exist as separate accessories.

Anyone aware of a link online that can steer me towards a replacement mount?

Sadly, I must consider it gone, since I have been unable to find it yet.

Is it next to those drop bars you promised to deliver to Lydia?

WHOA! Looks like I owe you an ice cold domestic macro lager. I'll provide payment the next time I see you at Westlake.

So, I'm guessing this means no one knows where to get a replacement mount.

poop.

Anyone know of a different light that might have a similar mount? The googles told me that at least back in '13, Meritline was selling a bike light that had a mount the Philipps could slide into. Not sure if there is something else out there that could fit it as well.

I wonder if you could find another mount that is designed to be completely removed from the bar easily and then epoxy your light to the mount permanently.

My lifeproof mount comes to mind but likely more expensive than others. It has a knob that loosens a ball mount so it can be rotated and tilted in many directions.

I also have a Rokform iphone mount that might do the job if you want it. Instead of a hinge system like the lifeproof it uses a rubber tab.

hmmm. I'll do some disecting of the light this evening to see if the existing mount clip is removable without compromising the interior stuff. I'm pretty sure it could be detached. Otherwise, I did notice that when searching for "3@ LED Aluminum bicycle Light" on the googles turned up this:

that mount *appears* to be highly similar.
