Donovan, I have the Chris King Headset. Softcore, I have the cassette AND RD pulleys. Also, if anyone wants to pay me money for this nitto stem, I've tossed it in my bag too.

I adored Linkin Park in high school. (That was the only acceptable era to fall in love with them, I believe.) I can still sing most of their first album without a lyric sheet.

So, uh. Karaoke tonight?

Edit: I'm gonna note that in spite of their genre and their contemporaries in that genre, they did a decent job of addressing mental-health hardships without resorting to toxic macho aggression the way a lot of their peers did. Cough Limp Bizkit Korn etc. For being Y2K butt rock, they were the good guys.

I fucking loved Hybrid Theory, cuz I was 15 and angry for....some reason....anyway, I spent a lot of time in study hall trying to properly balance a pencil on the headphone chords connected to my discman so that both ear buds would work and I could be "one step closer to the edge". I also saw them live once and as much as I don't want to admit it now, they actually did put on a solid show and really seemed to care about their fans and stuff.

I may have fallen in love with punk rock later that year and decided I should hate the government instead of my step-dad, well I mean I still hated him too, but, anyway, I'm actually a little bit legitimately moved by this, especially since we know that depression and mental health issues are real for huge populations of people. So yeah, I'll karaoke the shit outta some LP with you Garth,

Most of your posts are terrible. This one, however, is your best ever.

Fully argle bargled.

We had a surprise Stanglor visit. Old school. Also Ben was cranky and Scott had cookies. Shitcamel Shahan told stories about getting chub chubs from reading porn magazines in a port townsend grocery store. Jew jokes about corny parents. Videos of chicken in toilets. Yelled at some lyft drivers. Etc.

Gnightsies

It'd been years since I'd last set foot in the Little Red Hen. It seems like while the rest of Greenlake has changed, that place as remained more or less the same. I think the band appreciated our presence - they came back out for a 2nd encore after most folk had left.

Thanks for keeping the Twitters updated, Derrick. Otherwise I would've just gone home and been responsible or something. Good luck with your tweaker prevention measures...

That was fun this week sorry for ducking out I wasn't sure how long I could hang out and dance. I was in a bit of pain and the cover was unexpected we kind of thought in advance they didn't charge but it's been a long time and property values go up. Hope to see everyone again once I get the parts I need to fix my bike as it failed yesterday. I'll be riding again once I get my bike moving I was already feeling the brake rub on this last rip and the wheel can't be trued any longer so the side wall giving out on my rubber and the threads popping the tube just leave me knowing I rode it out until I couldn't and didn't just quit.
