Thursday, August 3. 7:15 PM.

Bring your bike. Bring a swimsuit (or a lack of shame) Bring a towel.
slip-n-slide, jello, glowing things, beverages, and a new surprise or two.
If you're smart, you'll take Friday off from work.

Anything goes, but if you touch someone who doesn't want to be touched, I'll U-lock your neck to your bicycle!

new people! Lurkers! This is an excellent first ride. Find the guy in orange and I'll give you a job. You'll instantly be part of the very exclusive "in" crowd.

We're gonna have a strap-on good time, slipping and sliding....hope no one gets shafted. Does anyone have the balls to wrestle me this year? Think long and hard about that one. I might win, but im not gonna rubber it in.

I'm going to need a few people to bring ice, and a few people to meet me at my place and haul supplies. Who's in?

I'm WFH tomorrow so count me in. I'm also trying to get a few of the Conduit boys to help out since they're experts in carrying heavy loads around town. Message me a time & place and we'll go from there...

I'm hauling a science experiment that Rachel and I have concocted.

There's a 60% chance it won't give you TB!

I am bringing the horn, assuming I can get it to work. I think the air pump is dying, because the battery is certainly charged up OK.

I'm probably bringing a squirt bottle, for you.

well, rest easy, the horn is out of commission for the time being. pretty sure the air compressor's just about dead. Apparently, you shouldn't run a high current horn compressor for an extended period of time and assume that it won't burn out or something.

In for materials hauling. I'll also be tikifunking at my place prior to bombing to Joby's if anyone is of the disposition to make it to queen anne and dish out some hawt goss to the local barkeep. Free wheelchair rides too.

I think it's important to note that while there may be a fire ban, there is no slip and slide ban. Which is convenient because this is probably one of the few nights we won't accidentally burn some shit down.

I'm stoked, and I'd like to take this opportunity to be a pre-emptive wet blanket and tell everyone to PICK UP OUR SHIT. This is a super rad party, but leaving a billion used glowsticks all over the park is not rad.....it is in fact, as the kids say, hella weak

Look at this, murps declaring a splinter faction prefunk location after the first prefunk location was declared.

I'll be at SLU. Too hot and stinky in alleys.

That was fun! Brian and I tried to leave around 12:30, but then we had to go swimming and THEN the light rail ended after 2 stops (wtf?). So we rode back downhill for the long ride home, which conveniently took us by Dick's on the hill. Properly fueled, we made it home by a respectable 2am. I haven't been out that late in years!

Thanks Joby, thanks helpers, thanks minors and near-minors who made us free burritos!
