I figure 4-6 weeks is the typically lifespan of a meme. So let it be with Dongsar. We shall ride to multiple cemetaries to put this meme 6 dongs under.

I thought we were going south to warm langston's new place before getting kicked-out of the Do(n)g & Pony?
Based on the forecast, we're gonna need warmth and shelter...

interesting reading. there are 43 pre 1900 cemeteries in king county. There was a large poor house/hospital/potter field along the duwamish. A list and maps of all 74 surveyed king county sites at pg 31.

The old King County poor house was at the site of the Georgetown Playfield. It was a question in the Canlis hunt.
The site of the playfield used to be near the Duwamish before they straightened the river out. The endpoints of the two former oxbows are still pretty obvious on the maps - the southern one went by the current site of (wait for it) Oxbow Park, where the Hat and Boots currently are.
The poor house cemetery isn't labeled on that map, but it wasn't Comet Lodge (that was for Oddfellows, I think), and I'm dubious it was on the site of Boeing Field, the other nearby mapped site --- even the northern edge seems like a long way to take the bodies when they had acres of open land. The document shows 1950 as the year the Boeing Field 'cemetery' was built, which is obviously false, as Boeing Field has been an airfield since 1928. Before that, it was an unofficial airfield and the current site of the Museum of Flight was the Meadows Racetrack.
Anyway, Georgetown Playfield = former cemetery. Go for it.

you're not my supervisor! And sadly, I have to Dear Ben this ride.
Though non of this is a surpise, "Dear Benning" your own ride thread just earned you a Clappy nomination.
Lando, put it in the file, please.

Joe doesn't deserve a clappy. Joe needs a spanky.

My memory is a bit fuzzy, but I seem to recall joe winning the "yes but no show" clappy in 2016. And not being at the boxcar to accept it. Because he was out with the ladyfriend.

I'll neither confirm nor deny that this may or may not happened on the aforementioned date.
