Dear Ben,
I had a hankering to run yesterday - the first time in 5ish years. So I did. I was impressed with how much running fitness all my cycling had left me with after so long - so I did a whole 3 miles with one 7.5 min mile sprint thrown in because damn did I feel good. Now I can't walk - the exercise gods have punished my hubris, I lie in ruin on my couch...my only solace a bottle of wedding-whisky.
Fun Fact: I called this ride from Lemke's dentist chair and now I can't feel my face.

Thats why i make sure to ONLY pull 11min mile runs. Bikes always win....and so do my knees.
