I want some vitamin R I have so much energy to get out. I could use a good ride. My surgery was about three weeks ago for carpal tunnel. Got the casting off last week they said wait a full month and not to over use my Cain but moderates activities as per normal daily otherwise. That means maybe if there isn't ice i can ride in someone after thanks giving. I might see you guys if you ride to Denny on forth tonight. I'm at home. I miss my friends there. Thanks for ask the support you guys have been there years. I'm sure some know I deal in unusual ways in other circles with traumas but this circle had been a different story of healthy support because that's not my whole life. There are different flavors if my personal, public and work, business dreams and home life. Just thought you all deserve to know parts of my life are separate and you area positive part of that not a negative influence. Not associated with my personal needs and decisions and a good size of fun and exercise and companionship.
