Someone very near and dear to me recently left this world.
Many of you may have known him, knew of him or never heard his name. He was a "one-of-a-fucking-kind" individual who was a big part of a bike culture that holds space in Seattle's history. There will be a showing of a film that captures him and track-bike culture of "Fast Friday", in 2008.
There will be a memorial ride, a trick competition, then a viewing of the film with Director David Rowe. Ticket sales and raffle proceeds to benefit Bike Works in Keo’s memory.
Here is a run-down of some events that day and the film showing.
