I've seen several of you down at the protests, and I'm sure more of you are interested in getting involved. If you want to help but aren't sure where you fit in - there's a need for people with bikes to hold space for protestors by helping to keep cars out of the crowds. Just show up at any protest action and look for people on bikes holding intersections. SPD is getting tired. Let's keep the pressure up!

A bit esoteric for me, is this some kind of reference to exercise bikes since the multi-directional cleats are most commonly used for that application?
