-Atomic Cycle Werks is one size fits all. Yeah. Let's support our local dudes by going local. Seattle club, seattle cap maker. Come on. Let's show some city pride.
-Walz has a direct to garment service that allows out big heads to get a big cap. We can do a smaller order through them for our big brains. Same graphic.
-We could scrap it all and go with Pace.

Some one pointed out that .83 three times on the cap seemed a bit much. I personally loved the quote and the adding of sex butt. Logo faces to left so the world will know its a club cap. What do you all think? Custom propeller extra.

1. Three folks (Softcore, Prof D. & BoTorff) have expressed a desire for Pace Caps. Can we give the people what they want and still accommodate the big heads? (I'm also on the Pace train, as I think atomic caps suffer from a wonky fit and a flimsy brim - personally I'd by three of the pace caps, but only one if we go with atomic.)
2. Is there a way to add Mt. Rainer to the skyline? Perhaps with a second color of ink on the brim? Two shades of grey?

big fan of Pace's Sport Cap, which I feel offers some better panels on the sides for design ideas. the Slim visor option is a personal favorite.
perhaps red side panels with a black center? [would be a good match for the red-outlined .83 logo.]
move the RCW 46.61.790 to the backwards-facing panel near the neckline so that it's visible to the rear and the text is visible and not covered up by the helmet.

I've softened my stance on pace request but will not argue that they are the best fitting cap for my medium sized head.
I do like the IDEA of supporting atomic but yeah the caps fit like shit.
Sexbutt is dumb but won't sway my purchase

Edit: if we go with pace it’s a 100 cap minimum. 100 caps. Atomic will let us do a run as small as thirty which is closer to the actual number that we would need.
As far as graphics go: Logo on each side, point 83 under the bill, RCW on the rear panel.

All right y'all. While we appreciate the input; there's too many dicks in the pie. There's only room for one sausage. We are going with Waltz. 50 cap run. Caps will cost 25. We are finalizing the eps files. Fat head folks will have to cram, tiny noggin blokes will have to double layer.
