Not craigslist, but goodwill on dearborn has a cheap tandum for sale.
And if any smaller people want to go to the fringes of rivendorkdom theres a 45cm Rivendell Clementine Mixte - $750. IIRC frames were $700 or so new, preorder complete bikes were $1200. Before you think "townie" i heard that mountain mixtes are the bike packing of 2017.

TIL Mixte actually has a definition and that "mountain mixte" Rivendell doesn't actually fit the definition.

Rivendell Quickbeam 52cm - $300 Mostly complete totally rad singlespeed. Pricing is due to half finished dent repair on the top tube and some rattle can. As is that'd be a great town bike. Or someone could fill the dent with some silver (for cosmetics). Or you could get new powedercoat for $250 to pretty it up.
Rivendell SimpleOne 56cm Bike $700 Super clean looking complete bike. This is the same as my daily commuter, but smaller human sized. The sale price on these frames was $750 as I recall.
For both of the above note that Rive does center to top sizing. If you measure center of BB to center of tube tube/seat tube they should be 1-2CM smaller. ie the 52 is probably more like a ~50.5 and the 56cm is ~54.5CM when measured center to center.
