Ridonculous. I'd give him $100 for the Atala, max.

Damn, with these prices on Craigslist, I ought to be able to pull in about 10 Gs for the Colnago.

no shit. Did anyone see that old Sekai someone was attempting to sell for $850? I think there were some nastygrams posted about that, but they were flagged before I got to read 'em.
A customer brought one in today. Said he is going to sell it on CL. Kind of cheap for a grand! And by cheap I mean the quality. And better still, one size fits all!
Sonofabeetch. I'll bet anything this is built out of a frame I saw go for $20 at the bike swap.
Possible but I doubt it, PX-10's are pretty sought after or well known since they were the high end Peugeots with 531 tubing. The stem, bars and bottom bracket are all French specific which makes it less likely it was cobbled out of a parts bin.

I see your point, especially now that I read the ad more carefully and see that the seller refers to the stem, etc. as original. But then again, how many mid-sixties PX-10 frames are there around here?

I've spotted only a few of these in the wilds, leading me to believe they were all but extinct, but here comes another.
I truly hope you are joking or really really high right now.

There's nothing wrong with spending $135 on a vintage bike. Although, I guess it would be better if they just tossed it in a dumpster.

Now I know there's something wrong with you. I can't believe you would risk losing this sweet find to someone else by posting it to the forum, and now you write about it like it's trash...or are you trying to throw the rest of us off? Too late for that, my friend! I've already offered the seller double. Ha!

Dude, I think you're high.
Buy the bike, I have 4 bikes already. I don't need another.

At least one of us is only kidding, and I hope it's both of us.
