Very likely the worst built site ever. It's like they wanted huge crappy pictures and horrid navigation.

yeah seriously... i love that the only thing they use CSS for is the background image and the link colors (which they did in RGB, wtf?)

Or that on the Bikes link page, the pictures on the right are centered vertically and if you click them, it reloads the whole page with new images, but scrolled to the top. Further compunded by column widths narrower than forearm of a baby.

Brilliant.

css was probably generated by whatever lousy program the site was built in (frontpage, likely), and it's default setting was probably to specify an RGB value (255,255,0) rather than a shorthand hex value (#ff0) or even a longhand hex value (#ffff00).

having said that, rgb values are a perfectly valid way of displaying colors in css, though slightly less efficient as it generally makes the filesize a few bytes larger.

Old rusty clips like that? Not likely. :) Some of the bigger sprinters will use the (newer) double toestrap setup and shoes, but for the mostpart people are using clipless.

I have an old pair of leather Duegi track shoes that I'll parade around in whenever I build up a nice vintage track frame. Not anytime soon though.

I remember when clipless were not allowed on the track because they were not "secure"!
