Why don't people make web information easy to find?

Store hours: m-f 11-6, call for saturday appts.

Hey, just wait 10 seconds or click!

I get 10 to 1 people telling me my website is cool and informative and that they spent and hour reading it.

Without fail the only people that criticize my site are "web designers" (no offence Derrick, et all). I am still willing to PHP-ize my site but probably not until next winter when it is slow and I have time to think.

Just NO FRAMES!

And a little less "stream-of-consciousness" design and....

There IS a lot of informative info - I've gone through all of it. It's just the way it's organized......
