The tab on the rear fender that has a bolt go through it and into the brake bridge has split so there is no longer a hole for the bolt to thread through. (Incidentally, I have NO IDEA how this happened).
Are there replacement tabs? The body of the fender is in great shape, so I would really hate to throw this one out.
Drill 4 small holes in the fender, 2 behind the brake bridge and 2 in front. Then use two zipties to go throgh the holes and around the brake bridge on your frame.

The fenders i got from Recycled for my gf's bike had that same "feature" when i got them (fuck you very much recycled...).
I followed the Joeball special technique and it worked great.
