I have one that is about 4-1/2 months old that I want to get rid of...nothing wrong with it but I don't agree with the color...I bought a new one in Yellow with red accents...so if anyone needs this and doesn't want to spend $104 or more on it...This one is for $60.

Denise,
Can you bring it Thursday night. Meet up at the Whiskey Bar and make a deal. I have a friend that needs this bag. He is new to town and isn't familiar with the dampness of the winter (and spring and summer and fall).

I love my Chrome bag also. Sturdy, waterproof, attractive, comfortable. Speaking of comfortable, it rides directly on my hammered left shoulder. Anyone have a right-shoulder bag or a backpack I can borrow for a week or so while my arm heals? I'll trade or compensate $$.

I'll let hayduke and his buddy have it.

i just replaced my chrome w/ a baileyworks.
holy fuck is it comfortable. plus, langston, you can swap the strap to either side. plus no little button that temps everyone! :(
i don't know how well they work w/ boobies. but I am quite fond of mine... my bag... not my boobies.

I like my ArcTeryx pack, it's not cycling specific but is well designed and functional. Ortleibs are very minimal design in the sense that they make bunch of dry bags with only one compartment and then make a crude interface to connect it to something, ie back pack, pannier, motorcycle panniers
Back Pack Style
Dry Bag, roll top main bag with external dry zipper bag.
Velcro loops for ice axes and webbing for holding rope double very nicely for hauling bike wheels/frames etc
135$ is still expensive but I paid way less for mine on sale because it was yellow, like 60 or 70$, try 2nd ascent

not to sound like a chrome bags fanboy (which, of course, i totally am), i've heard nothing but glowing things about their backpacks and messenger packs which top out at $165. talk to denny, he has one. i'm fairly certain that greggsomafixed has/had one as well.
