Sighted downtown illegally chained to a staircase banister near my work. It looks like a proffessional's bike though. Greenish Surly fff with Mavic Open pros, tektro levers, bar-cons, front and rear panniers, and a well-worn, ivory white seat carpet. It was amazing.
