From a book I'm reading about the NYPD, this was during the crack filled late 80's/early 90's.
The only thing we're missing are the street prostitutes & some squeegees. Who turns tricks & does windows?
Besides "your moms" of course.

The Ladies at mass this month will have clean windows on their way to the airport.
