ok. voting thread. there's a couple reasons why i dont want to use the "poll" function for this type of thread. mainly, there are sockpuppets to take into consideration. so....

look over all the entries below, multiple pics on the same number are front and back cards.

PRIVATE MESSAGE ME YOUR VOTE.
ill tally up the votes every few hours, and ill post the numbers along in this thread editing it as votes come in. at the end of the voting, ill post the paper trail (publically posting who voted for which).. so there's no mystery and everyone can see the same tally information that i see. fair enough?

vote ENDING on monday night, that'll give me enough time to print and laminate them all up. so get on in here and vote. one per person.

RESULTS SO FAR

05 2 votes
06 1 vote
12 1 vote
15 9 votes
16 2 votes
18 5 votes
24 1 vote
25 1 vote
31 2 votes
33 1 votes
35 2 votes
36 7 votes

FINAL WINNER.... FINN's number 15 with 9 votes.

and one vote from ben for ben, who likes to throw away his vote, because he was too late for the entries.

vote away bitches! PM me the NUMBER of the card you want to vote for.

i thought about it, but dont want to make it too complicated. in the case of a tie for first. we can do another vote between them. or make a double sided

in the case of second place tie, we'll do like we did last year and make the winner one side, and half the cards one second place, and the other half the cards the other second place.

or we could all get really drunk and fight about it, the winner decides the solution

basically, we're playing it by ear at this point and in the case of emergency, we'll panic until we make a decision.

What is with all the Japaneese crap? Everyone knows Italian bikes are best. Well except for the frames made in USA. Usa, Japan that is!

I'm a trend setter.

My first idea for it was the point83 logo as the replacement for the sun in the flag, but logistics (time) were complicated. I found the Hello Kitty one while searching for the actual flag and had to do something with it too. But my first goal was a ray/tooth aligned logo in the center.

number one: it's a cog off of a pista.

number two: japan and their bikes can go fuck themselves, aaron. it's about war, not tange.

number three: your welcome andre. it was hard to find a 16t cog.

number four: thanks for the idea, nygaard.

good job on the cog rays. Japanese bikes ftw. Not that I dislike amerian bikes either. I have 2 of each.

no, but next year i think we should do approval voting, since there are several i'd be perfectly happy to have as spoke cards.

Could this get any more like stereotypical Seattle? At this rate we'll be having contested elections for the 2007 spoke card in 2008.

I am gonna sick Mayor Nickels and The Gov'na on your asses. #36? I don't see no 36! And no offence 'bama, but what does a bull have to do with .83?

Never, mind, I just read the thread where you got hurt. Looks like you will win out of compassion.

Your card still sucks, and I mean that in the most joking, respectful way. Get well soon!

since he was winning before he got hurt, i'm guessing he'll win because his card is better than the other ones.

it's nice to see that you let braxton make a card and enter it under your name though.

So you're saying that the habitual man-love butt reaming that the two of you routinely administer to eachother in no way affected your vote?

That's comforting to hear.

The card I made was a joke. Not a serious entry. Hell, half the cards up there were jokes.

I still don't get the bull fighter reference.

Except not many of you run bullhorns, most rock cowhorns. The longer ones are bullhorns. Some of you all have them. Derrick I think has the longer ones. Does Ryan?

CoSpiracy!

After looking at the votes I realized that I never cast mine (like an idiot!), not that it would have made a significant difference in the numbers.

b) it's the coolest image so get over it
