I'm not sure whether I'm doing the ride or not. I don't pirate organized rides. I might pay the fee for the sake of my own morals and ride with you band of raging assclowns though.

Speaking of ass clowns, I was looking for a clown patch for my rear pockets on my riding shorts for this race. (BTW, just pay the fucking money then ride with the club, 22 bucks towards a bike related cause is worth it - and you get to ride the ferry instead of swimming to the island)

Hmm, I haven't decided yet if I am going to try it on 24 Karat. The Fuji might be available though. The guy I sold it to got a flat and hasn't ridden it since. I am also recruiting some weekend warriors from school, so there may be additional people participating in both events.

Pirating a ride? What does that mean? The roads are public, we are not using any of their resources. At the one stop you PAY for food served by Islanders and local Girl Scouts. We pay our ferry fare.
There is NO pirating going on. Look at it like this: We are just joining in on the fun.
To Pirate the ride, we would 1. Print false ride bibs, 2: eat their food 3. take their women.
The folks that do the FHR would not be doing the CH anyway.
I am tired of this us vs. them BS. Cascade is cool (even if they have some goofy ideas). All bike clubs/gangs are cool. And no ride is "their" ride as long as it is done on public roads! I say, the more the merrier! I just love riding bikes with folks!
Riding alone sucks. (Hi Daniel!)
Gypsie paid both the FHR and CH entry fee last year and wore both patches.
