Does anyone know any bars with good beer and good wireless internet?
CIP and Big Time had halfway okay wireless last time I checked, but reliable service would be good for the book club meeting.
thanks

the key is finding somewhere like cafe solstice which sells beer and wine and has wifi--or world cup on roosevelt.
OR, I used to work at Ivars acres of clams, they have a bar with Wifi and a pretty decent happy hour and they have mannie's pale ale, pyramid heff, maritime pilsner, hales IPA etc. . . .basically NW regional beer.
it's got a good view too.

The Pub at 3rd Place would be the first place I'd try.

The Barking Dog in Ballard has WiFi and good beer, including a nice selection of Belgians.
Not sure if Brouwer's has WiFi, but I think they do - I remember working on my laptop their once.

The need for superior internet is antagonistic to the savoring of good beer. Unplug lappy, put the phone on silent, and take time to smell the hops, brother.

I'm pretty sure they don't. You might be able to pick up a signal from somewhere else in there, but it's likely to be intermittent.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

i'm nineteen. i just usually don't get id'd because i'm a colossal of a man. especially in convenience stores or a few bars. i am back now, though, yes! i remember i never got id'd at that bar on 23rd & madison, nor at shorty's when i was on .83 ride, however, i didn't drink then.
