It's a race over in Wenatchee. Cross Country ski, alpine ski, run, bike, kayak. We can have one person on each leg, or people can do more than one leg.

anyone interested? I can ensure a stellar alpine ski leg. I could also be convinced to do the bike leg... but any number of you could kick my ass at that.

i have portly lake kayaks. not very fast at all.
i was thinking about offering up myself as a runner, im just a jogger speed though, i cant sprint out 5 miles.

then i saw the date. the 14th
thats when i traditionally scramble to do taxes

I don't think the kayak leg is white water by any means. I'm pretty sure most people run it in sea kayaks. I have access to a sea kayak, but it pretty much blows.

If we can get people on board to do this i assure you'll have a most splendid time. I can show you the hottest club in the 'Natch. :)
