So I'm ditching my crappy apartment for a much better place in Fremont. With the more comes the purging of some stuff from my place. I have a cool 40's/50's era sheet metal desk which is about 3' by 6', a sleeper couch, and a papasan chair which are your's if you come get them on or about March 1st. I also have a bunch of National Geographic, Nature, and other magazines to unload as well. Tell me if you want anything. First claim, first served.
This also means I am having a moving party during early March. I'm also planning on having a large amount of beer to help make the experience less painful for you all as well. Details to come, not the least of which is this guy is going to be my neighbor:

Move by bike!
I will be OUT OF TOWN at the North American Handmade Bicycle Show, but anyone is welcome to borrow my Xtracycle.

I'll take those Nat'l Geographics off your hands, but will be otherwise useless in the moving process. The spirit is willing, but the bones are cracked and grafted.

Good to hear you found a place so fast Chris. Fremont's getting pretty seedy, there's some bad elements moving in.
I'll be seeing you around, I'm moving in 2 weeks.

'cause there arn't ~5 regular .83rs in the Interbay/E.QA/W.Magnolia area. Just not in your neighborhood! I'm always a little suprised we're not bigger with the Capitol Hill area kids, too.

capitol hill sucks the life out of a person.
why ride a bike when you can walk anywhere you need to go?
although there is a pretty good contingent of fashion bikes.

Can I make use of your jockey box for the move? Kegs are better than cans.

Our city needs more of these:
Zack was specing them out and is ready to build one when gets back. I'd love to have one myself, but it'll need to be equipped with disc brakes to get down my hill, silly low gears to get back up, and numerous flashing lights for when I take over a lane on the Ballard Bridge. Then I'll be all set to haul 500# of bananas and rice.
