A little light-hearted something for a friday afternoon: Punter escapes kerb-crawling charge because he had a bike.

Ah, the British with their delightful colloquialisms.

It seems pretty inequitable about the other party involved getting charged though. Perhaps if they'd been on a bicycle also?

I was surprised that they really hammered down on her in the article too. They don't give out the man's name, but her name is all over the place in the article.
