you know me. though, i don't know how hard core i will be this weekend. i took a nice little spill last night and i am feeling it today. i am there, but we might be going slow again, this time the blame is on me.
maybe this week we won't have a 40mph headwind.

Actually, Sunday's looking pretty awful, weatherwise. Ice pellet showers are mentioned in the latest forecast. Sheesh.
But I'm going to be outside running around, throwing and possibly even catching a frisbee, so you can surely ride a bike for a while.

I have a fuc'in wedding (lame) to be in. I'm gonna find a way shortly to dispose of the spawn and hit a few of these rides...now that the get trike is fixed (from broken, not gears). I need to some extra miles on top of the commute if i wanna attempt the STP
