The tunnel is so short that this does not seem like a real problem to me. It is, what, less than a mile end to end?
It looks like you will be able to take bikes on the trains in the tunnel, though.

If I fall in front of a bus, that will only be the latest in a series of mistakes which bring me to that situation.
