I can have these made without too much fuss. Anybody know of a way to get the bike map in some kind of vector format? Or even just without the brown 'topo' background?

Maybe, I've got a friend working on a Seattle version of ByCycle who has the GIS data. Might be possible to overlay the GIS onto a google maps style street grid more suitable for printing. I'll let you know.

Wasn't the map for the "Master Plan" on a plain background? Maybe modify that.
