Wow. Coroplast is only something like $8 for a 4x8 sheet. I wonder how it would handle being covered in glass cloth and resin?

im selling my custom built black an yellow fixie. i really dont want to sell it but i need the money to take my soon to be wife on a nice honeymoon. i bought it last year from a bike shop in lewiston idaho. the store owner found the frame in a barn and built it up. its flat black, stripped and pro painted, not rattle can, and it has all new parts from the frame up. including the 5mm skid tires. i've ridden it less than 50 miles and its in beautiful shape. huuuuge head turner. im also throwing in the matching helmet i found in another shop. and i have grips for it that i haven't put on yet. so if you really dont want them on, let me know quick otherwise theyre going on!! hit me up if you are interested!! im kinda in a hurry to sell it because im trying to get a deal on living social. but im not gonna give it away. so hit me up, or make me a reasonable offer

To be fair, this is a 49cc motor:

vs. the 66cc motor on the bike in the ad:

While still illegal, and of course morally reprehensible, I don't think a cop could tell the difference at any kind of distance, and you'd probably get away with riding it on the street.

i got away with riding them on the street no problems. but i'd suggest NOT drinking while riding that. it's a gasoline engine, and i think there is a case for being able to get a dui on it.

I dunno, I was thinking about getting one for my nephew. :)

If he hits the $250 price point I think it is sane.

I was looking at the little kids bikes at REI and they are in that ball park

with that fork and a blinged paint job, the lucky kid will completely win at Middle School. Include an obscenely burly bike lock with the gift.

Oh, and scope the blug about Tom Ritchey's tandem. http://rivbike.tumblr.com/post/12213168006/bare-tom

I have one of his late 90s road bikes; it's the most beautiful thing I own, even with it's rattlecan paintjob.

If you put a 700c fork and front wheel on there you can make a super slack go fast bike.
