Just got back from my road trip to San Francisco last night. It was good to get away and have some fun. I was in need of a vacation. SF Critical Mass makes ours look embarassing. It was way too much fun. Leslie and I were also lucky enough to run into Brooke down there and rode with her during the mass. There were tons and TONS of bikes! Everyone was super stoked and really friendly. Everything was just so much bigger... Their trailers with speakers were carrying full-sized PA systems all recieving a mobile pirate radio station being towed by one of the bikes in the mass (just dial in your radio and spread the music while you ride). One guy had an air horn that sounded like a ferry boat! He had it all wired up to a massive air tank strapped to the back of his bike... Oh, and 95% of the people who ride fixed gears in that city ride them brakeless! I'll get photos up soon.
See you guys on the ride tonight!

I think I saw a limited edition spoke card at the last Mass that expressed some frustrated Ryder feelings

jake hates cyclists so he created .83 so he could get all the people he hates together in one place and then run us all over in his escalade.

I like our small, backwater mass. We're the l'il big city. Still, I'm jealous of all the people who did mass in another city.
