What does .83 mean?

What does .83 mean to you?

How has .83 bettered/ruined your life thus far?

The answer to this first question is prohibited from being discussed on the Internet. (Didn't you read your TOS?) If you ask while on a ride we'll be happy to tell you.

#2: Community

#3:
weekday riding after .83 > weekday riding before .83
beer consumption after .83 > beer consumption before .83
fried stuff with cheese consumption after .83 > fried stuff with cheese consumption before .83

.83 Beer and FSwC calories > .83 ride calories burned = bad

Fair enough. The question was more posed more from whimsy than a fact-finding desire. In any case, I never received the TOS.

we started riding as a group together after meeting mostly from Critical Mass. we wanted to ride more often than just once a month. started out after thanksgiving 2004.. we were trying to pick a name for a ride or three.. then one rainy downpouring drenching night we left westlake. soaked, we stopped into a bar where a friend of one of the riders was working at in pioneer square. we had gone .83rds of a mile before having to stop because of the downpour and decided it was time for a drink. also decided it was a good enough name as any.

Done...and in blood (Not MINE of course), as you requested.

1= group average BAL morning after a group ride
2= excuse to obtain above listed BAL
3= a) 3'oclock return times don't make for a warm bed
b) older spawn wants to be a "member"...fat chance!
c) wasting time in this crapshack, er...forum

That's a good story, Derrick. I don't see answers to the other two questions, however.
