Sigur Ros -- Mistur

This came on yesterday while I was riding home. I thought my bike was falling apart underneath me as I rode, then came to a stop and realized that it was a stupid MP3.

Any other examples?

i don't listen to an mp3 player when i'm riding since it makes my illegal, no-look style of riding even more dangerous, but were i to i'd probably vote against judas priest's breakin' the law. every time that came on in the car we were sure it was the cops busting our ass.

That is a good rule anywhere. It's no worse on the bike.

Henry, for inviting this asstard "Shane Lee" into our forum I hereby sentence you to one-hundred hours of community karaoke service with just one song: "Come on Eileen" by Dexy's Midnight Runners.

When i was walking back from breakfast this morning i noticed that the Cuff has Bear-eoke on Tuesday nights, i'm not sure i've ever heard of such a custom fit for .83 event.

my friend chris brought a boombox to the last critical mass and had a tape of black dice that he was playing. i didn't know this, and as i came up to him from the back of the mass it sounded like his bicycle was in just awful repair. not the case though, that's just what black dice sounds like.

seeing some of these bands, i can't help but wonder why you guys put shit music on a device that you get to CHOOSE the music that you put on there. i mean think about it guys.

Music (like sexual kinks, fashion and eyeliner usage) is subject to personal tastes.

Personally, I'd prefer a world dominated by Wolf Eyes, but I'll settle for a little Men At Work instead.

i am not saying that someone's taste is good or bad. what i am trying to understand is why we are discussing bad music that people have put on their own personal devices and they don't like it. personally i delete crap songs from my ipod so i don't have to hear them any more.

i guess i just don't get this thread. it's as pointless as the kid who is whining about being chubby and getting picked on. eh

That was not the intent of the thread. The intent of the thread was to talk about music with confusing sounds that cause issues while riding. I don't put (much) music on my MP3 player that I dislike. I like Sigur Ros quite a bit.

I was surprised when it took a turn towards complaining about top-40 "classic" rock.
