also, this turdmuffin doesn't seem to understand the laws either. totally legal to ride two abreast, ride in the street instead of the bike paths, and carry beer in a bag.
holy shit! cyclist who drinks beer?! get off your bike and into a car if you're going be involved in that sort of behavior. you're setting a bad example for the children.
what should be illegal is an overdose of lycra.

Mouthbreathing triathlete:
"Where is the political outrage by the bike rights militants?"
Bike rights militants:
"Meh." (shrugs)
Anyways, you should all type in the keyword "cyclists" in the R&R section. It's pretty scary stuff I must say.

That's like reading the p-i sound off forums. ouch. Or trolling our resident cycle hater here.

you know, it is dickheads like that who cause accidents that hurt pedestrians.
correct me if I am wrong but is there not a 12mph speed limit on bike paths.... specifically to protect pedestrians.
Cars should watch out for bikes and bikes should watch out for pedestrians...
so where does this wanker think he is going talking about blazing down footpaths on his "vigorous workouts".
Now I of course disagree with the helmet thing with Aaron, but meh... that is a tiny issue compared to cockwads that fly down the burke gilman or other path.
Anyway.. he hit a major pet peeve of mine... I mean, if I see a commuter blazing down the trail with a panicked look in their eye... yeah, OK... you can tell they are late... but trails are not for the training squid.
AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
sorry... it's just a pet peeve.
fuckers.
BTW: Aaron... weaqr a helmet. (just have to have the prereq Aaron wear a helmet comment.)

I saw 25 bikers today on my ride aroud Alki point. Roughly half wore helmets. I did notice that those that wore helmets (100%) also wore lycra. Those that did not wear helmets (100%) wore jeans or regular shorts. Hmmmm.
Anyway, enough of these opinoins on who yields to whom. Check the RCW.
RCW 46.61.250
