I'll be riding to Bellevue next week for a conference at the Westin Bellevue. I called and asked them about bike parking and they said that I can lock up in Lincoln Center (Lincoln Square?) garage on the 4th or 5th floor which has an elevator down to the hotel. Any one know better details such as garage security or access? I suppose this may be a question better suited to Cascade...

You can enter the garage from 104th or 8th I think if you go down the car entrances. Or you could hop the ped elevator to the desired floor. I am not sure where the racks are located though. I bet the usage is low and thus the prowl factor is probably low as well.
