"Wow Joe, I was cleaning up my emails and saw that I never responded to you. Sorry! I have actually taken a full time day job and am only going to be doing frame work on a very part time basis. I have moved my shop space and it will take me some time before it is up and running. Unfortunately I have sold off my big equipment (mill and lathe) that allowed me to do the repair you need, so I won't be able to help you on this one. I would try R&E or Elliot Bay. Both should be able to do it, but not sure if they will take it on. Removing the old steerer is the hard part.
Thanks for asking and sorry I can't be of any service."
So long to excellent and affordable frame repair.

That is really too bad. David does great work.
Seattle NEEDS more frame builders.
In the mean time Colin and Brandon's shop will be a great asset.
Brandon or Colin, could you please post some info about your shop?
Hours, addresss, phone, etc. Maybe .83 can take a ride there some Thursday?

I broached the idea of a open-house to Brandon recently, sort of a wine & cheese affair. He seemed stoked, but overwhelmingly busy with his day job of reinventing the internets.
