The plan is to have a line of $100 bills leading to Juneau. I've volunteered the first point and Miles has volunteered the end point. Anybody else want to pitch in or compete against Henry's ridiculous aspirations?

Could you describe the difficulty in jetskiing? It seems easier, and faster, than riding a bicycle. And apparently cycling to bellingham isn't so bad.
Do they get awful gas mileage such that the $100 compensation isn't worth it?

Seems easier just to walk to Bellingham. And walking is allowed. So who wants to walk to Bellingham from Magnuson Park and take Lee's money?

the web site says that
"Driving a Jetski for 7 hours produces as many hydrocarbons as driving a car for 100,000 miles."
By my calculations, this means a jetski consumes 1000 gallons of gas an hour.
I want to see this!

A jet ski would be pretty tough. If you've ever ridden one you'll know it's not as easy as it looks. A waverunner (where you sit) would be a piece of cake, plus their seat opens up to reveal a beer cooler.

Indeed. Most 2-stoke engines..... lawn mowers, leaf blowers, mopeds (sorry Dean), chain saws, etc, are just plain noisier than they need to be.
There are alternatives. Save the gas for driving your kids to school!

I saw a couple crazy dudes in Alaska with gas cans strapped to the sides of their waverunners, on their way to south america. It was hilarious watching them try and tie up to the fuel dock around all the big fishing boats. That was last year- I wonder where they are now....
