I need a full time, year round, long term mechanic. I will pay $20 per hour for a good mechanic with experience.
I am offering $500 to anyone that finds me someone*. I will also give my new employee a $500 signing bonus.
* to be paid after the employee's 90 day probationary period

BIG NEWS!
Mikey, my old mechanic has agreed to come back to work for me. He is perhaps the best mechanic ever. Seriously. This dude goes to bed, literally, with the QBP catalog. He is a true career mechanic that totally loves bicycles. Look for him to be back in my shop in late August.
For those of you that were lucky enough to have Mikey work on your bike, you know what I mean! Needless to say, the search is off, but I always accept resume's because you never know.

Awesome! I bet that's a load off your mind. You should give the $500 finders fee to yourself and take .83 out for a beer. :)
