I can't change my avatar/profile. That is very important to me. OMG, please fix it.

Error returned when clicking Submit:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/profile.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
