I'm looking for a roommate! I haven't been riding much with y'all lately, so I don't know many of you that well. But, since I got this apartment through this very forum, I figured I should give you all a crack at it.

1400ish square foot loft in the Prudential building in Pioneer Square, with 2 bedrooms in the back. Shoddily converted into a living space. 6th floor, awesome view above the viaduct, looking out on Elliot Bay, ferries, cranes, olympics, and sunsets.
There's some road noise in the main room, but the bedrooms in the back are fairly quiet.
$685 is your share of the rent, utilities not included. Split electric and internet bills. The only heater is an electric one, it can get expensive in the winter. Or we can wear sweaters.
I'm pretty low-key, not around too much these days. Sometimes it takes me a couple days to do the dishes. I ride bikes, take photos, climb mountains, and design spaceships.
I'm looking for someone I'll get along with. I don't have a TV, but once or twice a month I'll watch some movies with friends on a big laptop. I'll ask you to keep your TV in your bedroom if it's going to be on most nights.
No pets allowed by the building owners, unfortunately.
Available immediately, but I'm looking for someone I'll get along with really well. Send me a private message through the forum if you're interested!

Fun facts not listed in description:
Denny = collest man on planet (which is why probably why he builds space ships, too many fucktards on this planet)
Footdown has been played in his living room.
Sorry Denny but my house has a walkscore of 97. I win.

It took me a few tries to get a walkscore of 100. I think I finally got it at 20th St and Broadway, New York, NY. 42nd and Madison Ave, NY, NY only got a 90-something. They are tough graders.

If I were Jesus my walkscore would be 69. Maybe I need to get a rowboat.
Maybe we should all chip in on rent and turn Denny's place into a .83 club house?
