Aw come on! How did this moron get into this position of power? And where is his argument? He just complains about a miniscule $1 million a year in what I found to be a $14 Billion bill. He doesn't support his rant with any facts, so why would anyone take him seriously? I'm not sure exactly how the $1 million a year will be spent, but I'd guess it would end up saving more than $1 million worth of energy.

Turns out the real problem with Congressman McShortsighted is that he's toeing the party line. Heard it from the White House, and is just squawking to earn brownie points as a dependable RNC member. He needs them as the House Baby.
I don't know a whole lot about the Minnesota bridge collapse, but I'm pretty sure a biker's weight didn't cause it. Maybe if we spent more money on non-bridge collapsing modes of transportation... Er, recreational person moving...
