I just changed the tires on my cross bike and when I put the wheel back on, it was still true, but significantly closer to the right brake pad than the left.

Is there a way to adjust the wheel left/right?

I have the traditional style cyclocross cantilever brakes, so I could adjust the tensioning spring if this were only a mm or two, but the clearance diference is significant, more like 3-5 mm.

Thanks!

OK

Hang the bike (repair stand, rope, whatever).
Open the QR, but do not remove the wheel.
Using both sides of the QR, pull the wheel all the way up based on your dropouts.
Close the QR, and readjust the QR tension as needed.

Works better than 75% of the time assuming your frame wasn't out in the first place.

Don't forget that the brakes themselves may not be centered. May want to check that before redishing.
