Re. Jerseys;

I'll toss up the sizing and color details of the woollies from Portland Cyclewear, get a head count and go from there.

The discounts begin after roughly 8 jerseys but I dont thing we can mix styles, but we can mix colors.

As for logos, Henry, to keep it on the cheeper side i'd suggest only a one liner word....Point83....The entire logo on mreino wool will start getting pricy, but i can toss that up as well too, just to keep options open.

more in a few hours.

And Ro, there is a link for beer mugs, flasks, shot glasses and the like...just no panties...yet.

I have enough business cards in my reality dude... it't horrifying... my lab just started talking about making me a card.

I do think I need an action figure though... fuck... superjohn... yeah... or like... I can get the complete Buckaroo Banzai team and set my action figures up with them and pretend I am part of team banzai... or...hmmm...wheres that Milla Resident Evil 3 action figure... yeah!

hell... I can win the Tour de France now!!!

I think just the ".83" from the logo is fine. Like the mudflaps.

Too much embriodery is going to make them expensive and less comfortable.

Even if you remove the round and leather-clad ones, there's still 4 or 5 choices. Personally, I like the second link but I'm a bit concerned about the durability of that glass window.

It's gotta fit in the flask holder cage that a few of us have. The fourth one on your list almost looks like the one they use to make the Surly flasks, which would work with the holder.

I guess it depends on the tolerances of the flask holder. Most flasks are reasonably similar in size. I wonder if it's possible to get precise measurements from them...

count me in for a jersey too. not particular on color medium? ahh maybe large.

if there was a place that had the same kind they carry that we could go try them on, that would be fantastic, even if it is portland.

i've been in communication with Chad @ Portland Cyclewear and i'll ask him if this is an option.

Squid out .83, squid out!

I'd go for a jersey if I wasn't poorer than Dean used to be. Screen printing for my bags would be awesome, though.

as far as logos,[sarcasm] i think we have that covered [/sarcasm].

I'd call my guy who makes them to see if we can get a deal.

The short answer is yes. He's got an engraver he works with that can do our logo, and we'll know they will fit right. Also worth mentioning, I think they also get paint filled as this picture shows.

Quote forthcoming...

I'm assuming we need about 30 or so, prove me wrong. If you want either a Flask or a jersey, e-mail me at SeditiousCanary@gmail.com and put Flask, Jersey, or Flask and Jersey in the subject line so I know which you want. I'll try to get size samples for test fitting, but give me a rough idea of what you want.

I'm in on a jersey as well, but what would be really sweet would be cycling caps. I'd love to get one of those, no joke.

I look at the places which make cycling caps, and the ones I like have a minimum order of around 150 units, at about $900 for the run.

Maybe we can find them for cheaper, but maybe buying one you like and painting whatever you want on it is cooler ;)

Yeah, I guess, it would be rad if we could actually get some made for cheaper than that though. There of enough of us that sport the cycling cap on a regular basis that it would be super slick if we all had matching .83 ones.

Hell Yes! I'd be all about those eurocaps. I'd totally pay for like 3 or 4 of them to, if we could get some more people in to fill in the rest that would be super rad.

Well I was talking hats, but jerseys too. Jersey's would look rad with just the logo big on the chest and "point83" on the sleeves I think. maybe something similar for the caps, logo on the front, words on the side, though there should be something on the bill also.

There are vector image files avail. I suggest that the person who pays for the hat order gets to design the hats.

well, I would think it would be a good idea to pool money, so one person doesn't have to drop 187.50 out of their own pocket.

pool

only, pool.

unless one of us (sure not fucking ME) has money to toss around and resell this swag to you loosers.

seditious and i are discussing jersey details and i'll post shit when i can. But i'll tell you all this, it's going to be money paid up front (as much as possible) and a design we can all agree on.
