we really haven't gone over the cost.
i understand that it's as shaky as henry little wheel, but a ballpark estimate would help greatly.

that being said, i'll come up with some designs.
everyone likes flannel and cowboy hats, right?

well cost depends on (obviously) how many folks want to get in on this. But (since you wont follow the links) it's something like this:

classic short sleeve
order 6-19 cost 47 bucks each, +20 theyre 39.50

classic long sleeve
order 6-19 cost 51 bucks each, +20 theyre 42.00

Raised flocked lettering runs $3.50 per line

Embroidery 1 OR 2 Lines, 12 + orders = $12.00 (with border, adda buck)

Custom flock is 6.00 per, cust enbroidery is 12.00 each plus a one time set up charge ($25.00 flock / $75.00 embroidery) to use our logo.

Does that help?

well then i vote for 20 people ordering jerseys.

custom raised flock logo with one additional line of raised flock = $52.75
custom raised flock logo = $49.25

i'm on fo' one.

I like the idea of embroidery, but that's significantly more expensive.

Anyone want to go in with me on some hats?

Flasks should be $20 each, plus the cage. I'll have confirmation on Monday as Joe is out of the office.

No. Because it's not punk rock!!! He has to cut them off!!! With his little finger!!! Tied behind his back!!!

Gregg is to sleeves as Chuck Norris is to bad guys.

I'm in for a hat if they are big enough, jersey in large, and a flask. However, since I'm co-driving this, I doubt it'll matter.

I would like a hat and flask. Stickers and patches are sweet too. If the DIY patch thing is still going down I can add man power but definitely not brain power.

I'm game to work this. I'll spring for the photo emulsion kit, screen, and beer to feed this guy. Everyone else has to buy their own shirt.

Hey, it was requested that I teach you morons how to "order" your jerseys.

Go to the provided link. Get it all set up just how you would if you were going to order it right there and then. Transcribe that info thusly:

STYLE: Classic Short Sleeve
COLOR: Light Orange (black sleeves)
SIZE: Size XXL
STRIPE: Chest Stripe

Isn't that easy? This will help Trev keep all this stuff organized.

Post-delivery sizing issues will be addressed by the Bulimia Subcommittee; just remember that you can't shrink your shoulder span.

Thank you.

Flask and cage will be $45.00 plus shipping. If you only want a flask or a cage, we can sort that too. I think the way to resolve this is put up a deadline for ordering. We've been jawing about this for a while now. I know the jersey thing is a little more involved, but I can order cages and flasks today if I had the funds. If everyone is OK with it, I can start a separate thread for flasks and cages, pick a deadline, and start taken money (cash only, sorry). Hell, I'll even come meet you on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.

CASH? What is this, the 20th century or something?

I'm down for a flask, cage will depend on how much they are seperate - I need to keep my full-sized cage for my light battery for at least the time being.

Much as I hate to be the nay sayer, until I saw these flasks I'd question their viability. I've owned a few flasks over the last few years and they all have the same problem: after about six months of use the rubber shit under the cap starts disintegrating and contaminating your delicious booze with bits of pencil eraser.

My girlfriend and I actually inherited a great flask from her late grandfather. It has a replaceable and durable o-ring in the cap that creates the seal. I have no idea how old the o-ring is that's in there now, but it sure doesn't get anything in your booze. As I now have a funnel small enough to get booze into it I will almost certainly be bringing it on whatever ride I do this week.

That said, I'd totally be down for a Point83 jersey. Those Portland Cycle Wear jerseys are supposed to be damn nice, they're far cheaper ordered in quantity, and I'm pretty impressed with their 3/4 Messenger Pants.

While GISing for a picture of the flask from my gf's grandfather, I came across this:
