I'll bring a couple of bottles of orangina tonight.
As always, my ferry godmother says the bicycle turns back into a pumpkin at 0100 sharp. Unlike last week, I can't stay in the youth hostel overnight if I miss the last ride back. So I don't know how much fun I'll be able to handle, especially not naked swimming.

Seward has electricity for an electric fondue pot while Magnuson does not. I have obtained my information regarding picnic facilities from the internet.
Worst Suggestion For Magnuson Park Lack-of-Electricity Workaround: Wearing a Pooh costume, BtAH approaches Cascade Bicycle Club and asks permission for us to run a series of extension cords from their office to our cheese and chocolate party.

up the usual becon hill route, and end at a nice quaint little place called the zoo. miles, hills, and places we've never been inbetween.
I like it! Is there a real grocery store on the way to Seward Park?

Skip CBC and go next door to Cycle U. They're nice people, and that is where I'll be!
Oooh, if you're ending at the Zoo someone call me - 206.369.3399. I probably won't make it to Seward, but I can easily walk the long block from my house to the Zoo.

I do not, at this point, think you should go to Magnuson, but for reference sake, I'm pretty sure I attended a picnic at Magnuson this July at the shelter (#2) next to the swimming beach where they were boiling water on electric hot plates. Probably from an outlet on the building where the lifeguards hang out. Someone should scout it out for future reference. Me, probably.

that sucks because i live right across from magnuson. i would volunteer the condo but i'm not sure it can accomodate mass quantities of 83ers. :(

I take it back: you should go see if there's an electric outlet available on the building next to the swimming beach.
Edit: you aren't at the Seventy-O-One, are you? They've got a large swim club/cabana that could accommodate .83. Of course, you'd probably end up getting hauled in front of the condo kangaroo court if you let us in.

We will be stopping at a store, where you can purchase beer to drink. You will also be able to drink cheese, if for some crazy reason we have a surplus.

First Thursday, then Taco Del Mar. I'm bussing in from bellevue instead of the pretty ride across MI to get my art-fag on. Free wine with the art and $2 beers at TDelM, by the way.

You want to trade lactose intolerance for alcohol intolerance? Same problem, different gene.
I mean, seriously, bloating is pretty similar to liver failure, right?

Totally. Exactly the same problem. I eat liver failure for breakfast.
And (thank the gods) I'm not fully lactarded, I think I just have a downregulated, as opposed to completely silenced, lactase gene.

I don't know, he could be all farting where ever he pleases. Plus if it got really bad, he might not be able to hold it and decide it would be a good idea to haul off and dump on a crowded bus floor.
